The Mathematics Department of the University of Pittsburgh invites applications for a tenure-track position in Representation Theory/Algebraic Geometry/Number Theory/Combinatorics to begin in the Fall Term 2007, pending budgetary approval. The appointment is at the Assistant Professor level or above, depending on the credentials of the applicant. We seek excellence in teaching and research so applicants should demonstrate substantial research accomplishment and dedication to teaching.
